Thanks for shopping with Design My Varsity. Because most of our jackets are made to order — cut, assembled, and finished to your chosen colours and customisation — we want to be completely upfront about how long your order takes to reach you and what you can expect along the way. Please read this alongside our Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.
How delivery time works
Your total delivery time is made up of two separate stages: the time we need to make and prepare your jacket (processing time), and the time the courier needs to carry it to your door (shipping time). The two added together give you the full picture.

Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays. These are estimates rather than guarantees once a parcel is with the courier, its exact delivery date is in their hands, not ours.
Order processing time
Every Design My Varsity jacket is prepared specifically for your order, which is why processing takes 8 to 12 business days. During this stage we confirm your customisation details, produce or finish your jacket, run our quality check, and pack it for dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
If we expect a delay beyond this window — for example during peak seasons or for a complex custom request — we'll email you to let you know before your processing time runs out.
Shipping time and worldwide delivery
We ship worldwide. Once your jacket leaves our facility, standard transit time is 5 to 7 business days to most destinations. Remote or hard-to-reach locations may occasionally take a little longer.
As soon as your order is dispatched, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your jacket all the way to you.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery destination, and the exact amount is shown to you before you pay. Any applicable shipping charge is displayed in full on the order summary so there are no surprises after purchase.
Customs, duties, and import taxes (international orders)
For orders shipped outside the destination country of dispatch, your parcel may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local authorities. These charges are set by your country's customs office, are not included in your order total or shipping cost, and are the responsibility of the customer (the recipient). We're unable to predict or cover these amounts, and we have no control over how long customs clearance may take. If a parcel is refused at customs or returned to us because charges were not paid, our standard return terms will apply.
Tracking your order
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your jacket ships. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to begin updating. If your tracking hasn't moved for several days, or if it shows delivered but you haven't received your parcel, contact us and we'll help you trace it.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to change an address once an order has entered processing, and we can't take responsibility for orders delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us for this reason, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment, which may incur an additional shipping charge.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking suggests it has been lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Where a jacket arrives faulty or damaged, the terms in our Return & Refund Policy apply and we'll make it right. For genuinely lost parcels, we'll open an investigation with the courier and resolve it with you as quickly as we can.
Order changes and cancellations
Because production begins soon after you order, please contact us as early as possible if you need to change or cancel. Once your jacket has entered processing, we may be unable to make changes, and the cancellation terms in our Return & Refund Policy will apply.
