Every custom varsity jacket is made to order, so production time depends on the design, materials, patches, embroidery, quantity, and approval process. Our goal is to create a high-quality custom jacket with accurate details and careful finishing.

Design Review

After you submit your custom varsity jacket order, your design details are reviewed. This includes jacket colors, material, patch placement, embroidery text, logos, names, numbers, sleeve details, and back design instructions.

Mockup or Design Confirmation

Before production begins, the design must be confirmed. This helps make sure the layout, colors, text, patches, and artwork are correct. Clear communication during this step helps avoid delays.

Production Process

Production may include material cutting, body stitching, sleeve stitching, rib attachment, embroidery, chenille patch making, applique work, lining, button placement, finishing, and quality control.

Custom Patch and Embroidery Work

Embroidery and chenille patch work can take extra time because each detail is prepared according to the approved design. Large back patches, multiple sleeve patches, detailed logos, and bulk orders may require additional production time.

Quality Check

Before shipping, each jacket is checked for design placement, stitching, patches, embroidery, sizing, finishing, and overall appearance. This step helps make sure your custom varsity jacket is ready before dispatch.

Shipping

Once your jacket is completed, it is packed and shipped to your delivery address. Tracking information is shared once the order has been dispatched.

Bulk Order Timing

Team, school, Greek life, brand, and bulk varsity jacket orders may take longer than single jacket orders because multiple jackets require design matching, sizing confirmation, embroidery, patches, and final inspection.
