Every custom varsity jacket from Design My Varsity is made to order. Because each jacket is created with your selected colors, materials, patches, embroidery, names, numbers, logos, sleeve details, and back artwork, production time can vary depending on the design and order details.
Our goal is to create a high-quality custom varsity jacket with accurate details, clean stitching, proper placement, and careful finishing before it is shipped to you.

Shipping Options
Standard shipping is free on every order, to every country, with no minimum spend. Expedited Shipping is available for an additional $49. Every order is sent fully insured with tracking.
Free Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days processing + 10–14 business days transit (15–21 business days total). Expedited Shipping ($49): 3–4 business days processing + 6–10 business days transit (9–14 business days total). Shipping charges cover carriage only; import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your own country are separate and remain the responsibility of the recipient, as explained further down this page.

Each custom varsity jacket is made specifically for your order. Unlike ready-made jackets, custom jackets require design review, material preparation, patch work, embroidery, stitching, inspection, and packing before shipping.

Embroidery, chenille patches, applique patches, and detailed logos are not generic ready-made pieces. They are created or prepared specifically for your jacket.

Production Time
Production time depends on the jacket design, customization level, material availability, patch work, embroidery, order quantity, and approval process. As a guide, with Free Standard Shipping production takes 5 to 7 business days, followed by 10 to 14 business days in transit, for an estimated total of 15 to 21 business days. With Expedited Shipping ($49), production takes 3 to 4 business days, followed by 6 to 10 business days in transit, for an estimated total of 9 to 14 business days.
A simple custom varsity jacket may be completed faster than a jacket with multiple patches, detailed embroidery, large back artwork, or custom sizing.

Important Notes About Handmade Production
Every custom varsity jacket is handmade, so small differences may happen in stitching, placement, texture, color tone, and measurements.
Digital mockups are used to show the design layout, but the final jacket is made with real materials such as wool, leather, satin, thread, chenille, fabric, and ribbing. Because of this, the finished jacket may look slightly different from the digital mockup.
This is normal for custom-made apparel and does not affect the quality of the jacket.
